Worked with the CTO to define and develop functional requirements and re-architect the BootView application to process payments, track hardware assets, receive and transmit data, and perform customer invoicing to generate revenue. BootView is used by a staff of phone operators around the clock, seven days a week, to run the business. Migrated all the data and wrote the new API to accommodate new customers’ business cases and needs to grow the business during the startup phase, from engaging the City of Hoboken as the first customer and their business model to the next 3 customers, and their business models.
